1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must meet all of the following criteria—this applies to both domestic and international orders (additional international return terms in Section 9):
 
  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your Order (shipping confirmation/tracking number serves as official proof of delivery).
  • The item is in its original, unused, unaltered, and resalable condition with no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or use. All original packaging, tags, labels, user manuals, and included accessories (if applicable) must be returned with the item.
  • The item is a regular stock product (custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or special international import items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are sourced/produced specifically for your request).
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, shipping confirmation email, or official receipt) for the item.
 
Note: Minor variations in product color, finish, or sizing that are consistent with the product description on our Site (including variations from global manufacturing standards) do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene, customization, sourcing, or logistical reasons—no exceptions will be made, including for international orders:
 
  • Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special international import products (per customer specifications or exclusive global sourcing).
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., personal care products, jewelry, beauty tools) that have been opened or used (sealed items must remain unopened to qualify for return).
  • Sale, clearance, discounted, or bulk wholesale items (all sales on these items are final, per our trade and retail terms).
  • Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable materials (if applicable).
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, improper care, or failure to follow product usage instructions after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or items with expiration dates (if applicable), unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • International shipment items that have cleared customs (due to cross-border logistical and customs fee implications).
 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 
To start a return for an eligible item—returns sent without prior approval will not be processed, refunded, or accepted (including international returns):
 
  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at service@glenninternationaltrade.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Include your full name, order number, specific item(s) to return, reason for return, and a photo of the item (and packaging, if damaged) for verification.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) and send a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return shipping instructions (including our official U.S. return address) if approved. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA Number.
  3. Package the Return Item: Securely repackage the eligible item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the shipping package for easy identification and processing.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the packaged return to the U.S. return address provided in the Return Authorization email. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and brokerage fees (if applicable). We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns—we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit to our return address.
 

4. Refund Processing

 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (allow 3-5 business days for inspection after delivery to our U.S. return address), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
 
  • Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection. The refund amount is the purchase price of the item(s) only—original shipping costs, international customs fees, return shipping costs, and any brokerage/trade-related fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Timing: Your payment provider (credit card company, bank, etc.) may take an additional 2-3 business days to process the refund and credit the funds to your account; this timeline is beyond our control.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected (e.g., item is used/damaged, missing original packaging, no valid RA Number), we will notify you via email and offer to ship the item back to you at your sole expense. If you decline this option, we reserve the right to dispose of the item after 30 days of notification, with no further liability to you.
 

5. Exchanges

 
We offer store credit only for all eligible returns (no direct product exchanges)—this applies to both domestic and international orders. If your return is approved and you wish to exchange the item for another product:
 
  • We will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) (minus original shipping costs, customs fees, and any other non-refundable charges).
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any regular stock purchase on our Site or for future international trade orders (excludes sale/clearance items).
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and has no cash value (per Pennsylvania state law and international trade regulations).
 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, manufacturer defective, or incorrect (wrong item/size/color) (not due to customer error or international customs handling), we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit (at your option) at no cost to you—this is the only exception to our non-refundable shipping/fee policy. To report a damaged/defective/incorrect item:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos/videos of the item, its original packaging, and the issue (e.g., damage, defect, incorrect labeling), along with your full name, order number, and delivery confirmation/tracking number.
  3. Follow Our Instructions: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will:
    • Send a pre-paid U.S. return shipping label for the damaged/defective/incorrect item (for domestic returns);
    • Arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at our expense (domestic and select international destinations);
    • Process a full refund to your original payment method (excluding international customs fees, which are non-refundable per global trade rules).
     
 
We reserve the right to verify the damage, defect, or error and may request additional information/evidence to process your claim. No claims will be approved for items reported after the 3-day window.
 

7. Order Cancellations

 
If you need to cancel an Order, contact our customer service team at service@glenninternationaltrade.com as soon as possible—we will attempt to cancel and refund unprocessed Orders only:
 
  • Unprocessed Orders: Orders that have not yet been shipped (or cleared U.S. export customs for international orders) will be canceled and fully refunded (including all shipping costs) within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Processed/Shipped Orders: Orders that have been processed, shipped, or cleared U.S. export customs cannot be canceled—you must process a return for the item per the eligible return terms outlined in this policy (international customers are responsible for all return logistics and fees).
 
No cancellation fees are charged for approved order cancellations.
 

8. Refund Exceptions & Denial

 
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if:
 
  • The return request is submitted after the 14-day eligibility window (or 3-day window for damaged/defective items).
  • The item is returned in a used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition (with no proof of manufacturing defect).
  • The return is sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • The item is a non-returnable product (custom, sale, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, etc.).
  • No valid proof of purchase is provided with the return request.
  • The damage/defect is determined to be caused by customer misuse, neglect, accident, or international customs handling after delivery.
  • The item’s original packaging/tags/accessories are missing or altered.
 

9. Special Terms for International Returns

 
International returns are subject to additional logistical and regulatory terms due to cross-border shipping, customs, and trade laws—by initiating an international return, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 
  • You are solely responsible for all international return shipping costs, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes imposed by the U.S. or your home country’s customs office.
  • All international returns must be shipped to our U.S. return address (provided in the Return Authorization email) and must clear U.S. customs—we are not liable for returns that are seized, delayed, or rejected by customs.
  • We do not issue refunds for any customs fees, duties, or taxes paid on the original international shipment (these fees are collected by government authorities, not Glenn International Trade LLC).
  • International return shipping times are not guaranteed, and we only process refunds once the item is physically received and inspected at our U.S. location.
 

10. Lost or Stolen Return Items

 
We are not liable for returned items (domestic or international) that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit to our U.S. return address. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to use a trackable, insured shipping method for all return shipments. We will only process refunds or store credit for returns that we physically receive and inspect—tracking information alone is not sufficient for refund approval.
